Stuck in the middle of no where...

It was really a hard work to do this research paper. I've reread the books in which I'm going to work on and still I did not know how to start writing the reserach paper. Luckily, Dr. Jaya has postponed the date to submit the first draft of the research paper and I still have this weekend to do my work.

And it was again lucky for me that some of my other friends had already reviewed the sample research papers. From them I get the rough idea how it is organised and written. I already have the points to be presented in my research paper and now it's the time for me to organised them in the written, elaborated form.

I'm also thinking of contacting the writer of both novels, Shirley Lim, to have her views of why she presented the male characters in her novels in such ways. One striking similarity that I've found in her novels is that, she puts a contrast between a typical Chinese man and a typical American man. How are they different from one another in so many ways especially in their thinking. I found this quite interesting because in both novel the two characters are in some way look similar. If only I get to know why she presented them that way, i would say that it would really help me in presenting my case in the research paper.

However, things need to be done fast as it is already in 8th week and there are some other things that are also as important as this research paper. I really hope that I can meet the dateline and finish up this research paper.
